Welcome

 Vivify Fitness offers in-home personal training for individuals in Silver Spring, Rockville, Olney, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Gaithersburg, and Potomac, MD. Group training sessions are also available.  Regardless of the equipment we have on hand—whether it’s an apartment gym or just a few dumbbells and resistance bands—I’m highly adaptable and can design a challenging and fulfilling workout tailored to your needs.
